Where does my order ship from? All our bedding is dispatched directly from our logistics hub in Tuscaloosa, Alabama (4642 Greenview Dr). While our craftspeople are based at our partner factory in Hue City, Vietnam, we keep our stock in the US to ensure you don't have to wait weeks for your package to arrive.
How long will it take to get my bedding? Once you place an order, we usually need a day or two to do a final quality check and box it up. After it leaves our Alabama warehouse, it typically takes 3–7 business days to reach your doorstep, depending on where you live in the US.
Materials & Quality
Why is your bedding made in Vietnam? We chose our factory at 4/11 Ngo Thoi Nham, Hue, specifically for their expertise. Hue is a city with a deep-rooted history in textile artistry. By partnering with them, we can offer premium, hand-finished quality that mass-produced factories simply can’t match.
How should I wash my Nuvola Home sets? To keep that "cloud-like" softness, we recommend a cold machine wash with similar colors. Tumble dry on low. Like a good pair of jeans, our fabrics actually tend to get softer and more comfortable with every single wash.
Payments & Security
May I pay with a credit card if I don’t have a PayPal account? Yes! Even though we exclusively use PayPal for processing, you don’t necessarily need a PayPal account. You can check out as a guest using your major credit or debit card through their secure portal. We chose this method because it’s the safest way to keep your data encrypted and private.
Returns
What if I don't like the color? No hard feelings! We have a 30-day return policy. As long as the bedding is unwashed and in its original packaging, you can send it back to our Tuscaloosa office for a refund. Send us an email at contact@nuvolahome.com to initiate the process.
