You have a full 30 days from the moment your package lands on your doorstep to decide if it’s the perfect fit for your home. If you aren't feeling that "cloud-like" comfort we promised, we’re here to make things right.
How to Start Your Return
We like to keep things simple and human. Just shoot an email to our team at contact@nuvolahome.com.
Please include your order number and a quick note about why the bedding didn't work out for you. Because we aren't some giant, faceless corporation, a real member of our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours. They will provide you with all the specific instructions for sending your item back to our main logistics hub in Hayward, CA.
Condition of the Bedding
Since bedding is such a personal item, we do have a few common-sense requirements for returns to keep things fair for everyone:

Fresh & New: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.

Original Packaging: Please try to keep the original packaging intact it really helps us keep our overhead low and our prices honest.

Pet-Free: We love our furry friends, but please ensure items are free from pet hair or scents, as the next customer might have allergies.
Refunds & Processing
Once your return reaches our California facility and passes a quick inspection, we’ll trigger your refund immediately. You’ll receive an email confirmation, and the funds should show up back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on how fast your bank moves.
What if there’s a defect?
We take a huge amount of pride in our craftsmanship. If your order arrives with any sort of defect or if we made a mistake with your shipment, please let us know right away. We’ll take full responsibility by sending out a replacement or offering a full refund at absolutely zero extra cost to you.
