Return & Refund Policy
At Nuvola Home, we want you to love your bed as much as we love making these sets. However, we know that sometimes the color doesn't look quite the same under your bedroom lights, or you simply change your mind. Since we are a small team operating out of Tuscaloosa, AL, we handle every return personally and fairly.
The 30-Day Window
You have 30 days from the date your package arrives at your door to decide if it’s a perfect fit. If you aren't feeling that "cloud-like" comfort, we are here to help.
How to Start a Return
To keep things simple, just send an email to our team. Please include your order number and a quick note about why the bedding didn't work out. We aren't a big, faceless corporation, so a real human will reach back to you within 24-48 hours to provide the return instructions for our warehouse at 1179 A St, Hayward, CA 94541.
Condition of the Bedding
Because bedding is a personal item, we ask that returned products be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
- Kept in their original packaging (it helps us keep our prices low for everyone else!).
- Free from any pet hair or scents (we love dogs, but the next customer might be allergic!).
Refunds & Processing
Once your return reaches our Alabama warehouse, we’ll give it a quick inspection. If everything looks good, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method promptly. Usually, you’ll see the funds back in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What If Something Is Wrong?
If your order arrives with a defect or an error from our factory in Hue, Vietnam, please let us know right away. We take full responsibility for our craftsmanship. In these cases, we will send a replacement or offer a full refund at zero cost to you.
